About our client
We are working with a Cyber Security Forensics Vendor that develop one of the most widely used investigative tool who are now seeking to expand the Technical team (Microsoft, Cisco, VMWare) in Germany to support unprecedented growth in the DaCH region. They have designed and developed a range of technical products which are used globally by a range of clients including industry, consultancy and law enforcement.
The Opportunity
They are seeking a Technical Architect (Microsoft, Cisco, VMWare) that can get involved in a wide variety of responsibilities from Presales, designing complex solutions and supporting the sales team in executing RFPs through to Post sales support in working new customers to train them on the use of the portfolio of services on offer.
You will be responsible for providing for creating technical RFPs for the sales team to support them through wins, you will be engaged with the customer to create solutions that will work in there environment and will be liaising with the client directly to explain technical components. You will be working with clients to develop appropriate workflows to assist in complex investigations.
You will also be heavily involved in post sales work, supporting the operational team with any BAU requests along with supporting new customers with any training requirements running them through a large array of products and services.
This opportunity would suit a Technical Architect (Microsoft, Cisco, VMWare) who wants to engage more with the customers and has an ambition to either enter or increase your Cyber Security experience as extensive training and certifications will be provided.
The requirements
As you will be working a wide technical environment you will need to have a diverse knowledge of technical hardware and software including Windows, Linux, OSX. You have a strong knowledge of being able to leverage advanced tools such as VMWare and Citrix and will have the ability work with structured data using Lotus, Exchange or Sharepoint. Networking knowledge of routing, switching, vpns, firewalls and architectural knowledge of major enterprise applications is needed. You will be delivering technical training to new customers so being comfortable to speak in front of large groups and travel of potentially upto 50% is required.
You must have the ability to work in Germany and possess at least conversational level of German language
