We are working with an expanding Cyber Security Practice, that are going through a period of significant investment and focus on their cyber security team and are looking to employ the most talented individuals to work together and continue the formation of the most revered cyber security team in the industry.

The Opportunity
Rare opportunity to become a senior leader and manager of a redefined Cyber Security Strategy, Architecture and Sales team and play a major role in shaping the cyber security strategy for the future of one of Europes most exciting Cyber Security consultancies.

On offer is the opportunity for an established or aspiring Security Leader to take ownership of varying security domains, such as sales, architecture and technical, within a large and complex enterprise environment. You will lead the uplift and re-invigoration of a cyber security function by creating and developing a high-performing team and culture, and you will be given the opportunity to leave a unique legacy across the organisation.

We are looking for someone with a rare combination of energy, a hands-on approach, solution focus, love for complexity and the ability to inspire and lead change in both your people and stakeholders alike.

With the support of the senior leadership, you will be given the platform to be inventive and to think creatively and critically on how a large enterprise environment can manage Security differently. The role will also be responsible for ensuring that relevant and pragmatic cyber security policies and standards are created and adapted across the organisation. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving the security architectural team and help manage and monitor adherence to the cyber security architecture, policies and standards.

Key requirements include:

10+ years experience within a Cyber Security Practice managing a range of individuals from technical to sales individuals.

A proven track record of driving business growth and market share

Demonstrable leadership experience and skills including coaching, providing feedback and having difficult conversations.

Understanding of operations in a financial services institution.

Customer focus.

Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to negotiate outcomes and effectively influence and resolve conflict.

Mastery of leadership and change management skills, consultation, influencing and negotiation capability.

Experience in program or project management

Ability to multi-task and effectively delegate

Strong planning, organisation and decision making skills

Working knowledge of information technology and industry trends and issues.

Tertiary qualification in a related discipline or industry certifications = CISM or CISSP desirable
