Your role in our team

  • You will lead industry research and competitor analysis to capitalize on opportunities to improve production, marketability, and profitability
  • You collaborate across multiple areas of the organization, including global alignment with Services and Operations teams
  • You serve as the initial point of compliance assessment to ensure acceptance with have Direct responsibility for major customer accounts and coordinating the management of all customer accounts
  • Through the building and establishing of rapport with prospective and existing clients, analyze and assess the needs of the market and steer the sales strategy of the organization to align with those opportunities
  • You will develop and maintain the sales budget as well as providing oversight on internal budgets
  • You will accomplish sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, and trade promotion programs; develop and maintain sales action plans
  • Proactively network with industry professionals and potential partners by attending trade shows, conferences, and other industry events
  • You have proven managerial experience and strong business acumen
  • You are comfortable providing direction, guidance, and leadership for a team of sales professionals. Guide their daily activities and professional development by establishing and implementing goals, objectives, and operating procedures to drive professional growth and overall team success
  • Recruit, interview, train, and evaluate sales and marketing team members

Your profile

  • You possess a bachelor’s degree in science or business is required
  • You have a minimum 10 years of experience and knowledge in technical sales and a minimum of 5 years of management experience is preferred
  • You’ve developed advanced experience in strategic planning and execution of sales strategy
  • You have proven experience structuring and exceeding sales quota targets and revenue targets
  • You have relationship management and networking experience along with experience managing and developing a team
  • You have a proven track record of being an internal and external business leader
  • You are comfortable working in a fast growing and paced environment
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You’re a highly skilled negotiator
  • Ability to travel, potentially 40-50% of the time
