Overview:

LEAD ENGINEER - MARYLAND


•    Worked on multiple projects for Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Industry. Integral part of the COVID - 19 Operation Warp Project delivering million doses per run.
•    Involved in the Design / Implementation of control solutions for manufacturing equipment and processes.
•    Maintained and improved programming standards for PLC, HMI /SCADA system, SQL and OSI Pi Historian.
•    Worked on generating automatic reports of Alarm/Audit logs and automated Trend Reports of equipment’s using Microsoft Visual Studio and SSRS.
•    Provided Automation Support in accessing Historical Data for internal Audits.
•    Developed, reviewed, and executed IQ/OQs, Commissioning protocols, User requirement specifications, Functional Specifications, Design Specifications, and drawings based on GMP/GDP practices.
•    Configured Building Management system and Environment Monitoring System to monitor Temperature / Humidity / Pressure Levels in a building and was the primary lead of the project from start to finish.
•    Assisted projects during Startups, commissioning, and installations of control systems for production equipment. Also, worked on equipment onboarding/modification/optimization.
•    Performed Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for advanced equipment.

•    Trained the Engineering/Manufacturing department on HMI/SCADA Systems for a Building Management System.

•    Worked on multiple projects for a Multi-National Consumer Goods Company and Materials Handling industry.
•    Developed electrical and controls system design solutions based on Engineering Principles in Wonderware System Platform.
•    Created and finalized designs by referring P&IDs in Wonderware ArchestrA IDE to meet project requirements.
•    Designed the architecture of the VMs and built the servers based on clients requirements and installed necessary softwares.
•    Integral part of the SAT (Software Acceptance test) and the VAT (Vendor Acceptance Tests).
