Salesforce Administrator

This is a fixed term contract of 12 months with perm benefits.

This is an opportunity for someone to join a rapidly expanding company to drive continued improvement and utilization of CRM to optimise employee experience, improve customer experience and create marketing and digital opportunities.

The crux of the role:

• Work with the CRM team and stakeholders to support the PEXA Salesforce Platform
• Creating and maintaining Salesforce Platform in line with business requirements such roles, security, profiles, permissions and data integrity
• Perform ongoing system administration
• Data maintenance in support of our users
• Collaborate closely with frontline teams, squads, and other business units to ensure solutions provide an improved experience for members and staff

We need an experienced Salesforce Administrator with knowledge of the following Modules:

• CRM module (CIM?)
• Service module
• Knowledge module

Besides this, you’ll have:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience with the Salesforce platform
• Strong ability to analyse and break complex problems into manageable parts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong ability to articulate complex situations clearly

• Experience working with Salesforce DX and CI/CD tooling. Good understanding of version control tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions.

• Salesforce administrator certified
