This role has come about due to acquisition, which has been met very positively indeed. Our clients have acquired another Business wtih ~350 people, and everyone needs to transition over.
This is a 6-12month expected contract, fully remote though with occasional, expensed travel to meetings and has a fantastic day rate for the right person, Inside IR35.

You:
- An experienced IT BA in Financial Services
- We are looking for experience of mergers / acquisitions where a transitionary services agreement has been in place then each element migrated over to new owners
- Must have experience in mergers / acquisitions - transitionary service agreements - like an acquisition or a divestment if you like where agreements are being transitioned to a new party
- Relevant industry qualifications
- Hands on experience of IT operations
- Able to start quickly, preferably agile too
The role:
- There are a few facets to the role, though essentially we need a PM to handle 4 main pillars of work:
- End devices, new MS Suite, new laptops etc
- Security - BAU for the Business
- Current agreements with 3rd party suppliers / need transitioning or ending
- Active Directory - very complex setup at the moment and needs some refining. This may be left to a specialist
