Customer Success Lead
Global FinTech – a first of their kind in the UK, about to launch with keen interest from the FS world. They’ve essentially digitised an archaic process in Consumer Finance - this is your chance to fundamentally make a mark and deliver something genuinely meaningful to the UK Market.
Reporting directly into the CCO you will work with Mortgage Lenders and day to day:
- Be responsible for the Customer Relationships from cradle to grave- presales to commitment to buy and beyond
- Owning overall customer strategy development and execution including both external and internal communications.
- Drive forward the customer lifecycle to ensure customer success
- Take full accountability for your accounts in all aspects: anticipating customer needs and proactively addressing them throughout the lifecycle
- Ensure timely and successful customer onboarding, enablement, and training to help customers realise Business value
Requirements:
- Relationship management and problem solving is key in this role
- MUST have B2B Strategic sales experience
- Hungry and motivated, on an upwards trajectory career-wise and
- Excellent engagement and relationship management skills
- You’ll come from either a Management Consulting or Customer Success background with the likes of AWS, Xero, Salesforce, Bottomline or similar. Even a classic relationship manager background from a retail or Investment Bank
There may be the odd bit of expensed travel involved though this would likely be 4-7 nights per month meeting clients and workshopping. They’re a remote first organization though needs must with certain roles.
