PropTech with exclusive play in the market and bombproof service seeks outgoing, polished and seasoned Compliance Officer with solid UK FS experience.

The client are a values-led, big-ticket Fin/PropTech with a world-beating product- the darling of their market.

The role involves the creation and implementation of new frameworks and policies for a brand new product, along with supporting the CCO.

The Compliance Officer will provide support to the UK CRO with the establishment of the UK Risk and Compliance Frameworks followed by responsibility for the operational requirements of those frameworks, including providing input into the International Project Team

You:

• At least 5 years’ experience in the application of compliance monitoring / internal audit, and/or risk management frameworks within a UK Financial Services / FinTech environment.

• Ability to build and deliver multiple initiatives / projects simultaneously and autonomously with a sense of urgency.

• Polished written and oral communicator

• Good understanding of FCA, PSR, and Data Protection / GDPR regulations.

This post can be based anywhere in the UK, however you'll need to be able to travel on occasion for Collaboration days.
