X5 Talent Acquisition Managers – Series B - AI Tech Start Up

We are on the hunt to build a 5 strong Talent Acquisition Team for an AI powered, Series B Tech start up, who have a penchant for Agency Recruiters with 1, 2 or 3 years Tech Recruitment experience.

They have seen 600% growth last year and not stopping, this actually IS a Rocket Ship. The TA Team is headed up by one of the best, so lots of L&D, Training and Nurturing to ease you into the transition from agency and upskill you quickly.

You’ll need to have Back End, Front End, Full Stack or Engineering Recruitment experience and you’ll need to have a nice network to leverage but have access to an internal database of candidates too. There is zero BD here of course but you’ll need to be a Consultative Recruiter.

It’s a Tech start up culture, so very supportive, lots of work-life balance and collaboration. Happy to consider people 100% remote but would like people close enough to join the office for Socials on occasions.

It’s a £45k base (yes I’m actually adding the salary on a job add), with easily achievable OTE of £55k minimum. Progression path is transparent up to Senior and then Team Lead.
