Principal Technology Consultant - Software Engineering – Hybrid Working.

Proactive and determined, as a Principal Recruiter you will have built deep rooted relationships within your technical specialism with advocates who are introducing you to new clients. You don’t just work hard; you work smart and you’re consistently doing it to achieve high performance. You’re an integral part of the team and taking the lead on internal and external initiatives. You’ll be ready to manage a team if people management is your goal or remain a valuable individual contributor and core account manager. You’re a vital source of knowledge and someone that anyone can come to for advice and support.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in Software Engineering focused recruitment - Front End, Back End or Full Stack Tech space.
  • A team player who is always willing to support and collaborate with your team and wider business
  • Proven ability to win and cultivate new business relationships
  • A curious spirit and big ambitions for a fulfilling career in tech recruitment.
  • Proven track record of business development and winning clients.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering roles and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Passion and ambition to contribute to the growth and development of the team.
