Practice Manager – Technical Operations
A role leading out and Managing a team of 5 within a really well established practice.
This is what would be best described as a Player Manager type role, ideally you would personally be billing £200k+.
The remit is to grow and scale the team further, creating a succession plan to handover the team in 12 to 24 months. Required to improve productivity, be a bastion of the culture and way of doing things to the highest standards, best in class process and values champion.
