If you have experience in any vertical of Tech/IT recruitment and have a passion for fully embedding yourself into a Tech start up, scale up or Enterprise then this role is for you.

You won’t just be delivery focused, you’ll be involved in helping the business set up, adjust or fully start again from scratch on their aggressive acquisition projects. This will be strategy, marketing, mapping, talent pooling, even implementing and advising on new RecTech platforms. You will own the full life cycle for this brand.

What do you get out of this apart from some lovely new job satisfaction? Well basic salary on this starts from £40k, so its only going up and starting higher dependant on experience and unlike other similar options there are Quarterly bonuses, so expect to earn at least an extra £12k a year on top.

If you have been in a role with any sort of managerial capacity, then base salary is starting higher at £60k.
