Head of Interim – Life Sciences

A role responsible for creating an interim division across this 10 year established Life Sciences agency.

Strong on Search and Retained already, this is a chance to lead the new Interims Division, starting with 1 Researcher, looking to create and execute strategy with ELT. This would be targeting Interim (leadership level) rather than Contract (low level).

Realistic expectations, this can start small with a focus into a micro-niche rather than trying to do everything at once.

Looking to scale a global team out to 10+ people in 12/24 months.
