Our client aims to optimise world trade through building empowering data tools & platforms allowing its customers to visualise the highest quality & most up-to-date information regarding their shipments & freight.
A successful Account Executive with our client will work efficiently & have a natural ability to develop and build relationships with their customers. You will work within a collaborative time, who are constantly looking to improve their process & share ideas. Above all else, you’ll need complete confidence in their amazing product & services on offer! You will join the expanding Account Executive team to focus on the longer sales cycles.
This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who enjoys speaking and engaging with new/existing customers regularly and wants to join a company at an early stage, enabling them to be autonomous and grow with the business within a rapidly-growing market!
The Day to Day:
- Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
- Present products to prospective clients
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Who you are?
- Prior experience as an Enterprise Account Executive, Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role within relative industry.
- Understanding of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Highly skilled in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce, Hubspot) is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships and engage with businesses.
- Highly organised & punctual.
- BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing
