Our client is on mission to increase the number of people doing their best work. Since 2016 they've grown to a team of 40 people and are looking to double the team in the next few months. The people who use their platform speak to all sorts of different companies, from bootstrapped startups in a bedroom to VC backed companies. To date, they've started more than 100,000 conversations. For the first time in their impressive history, they are hiring a Lead Recruiter to build the business itself.

  • You will own the companies internal recruiting.

What you will be doing?

  • You'll work closely with the businesses leadership team to build the company in all areas, from tech to sales to marketing.
  • You'll prioritise all open positions and build pipeline.
  • You'll take pride in a 'sourcing first' approach to building great teams.
  • You'll take a proactive role in shaping the company by identifying skill sets they lack - and hiring them.
  • You'll build a team of people you'll never forget.

Who are they looking for?

  • You've worked in house as a recruiter in a fast growing start-up before (or worked for an outstanding external agency).
  • You've built technical teams, or you've built non-technical teams based overseas. Bonus points if both of these apply.
  • You have a data lead approach to your sourcing and recruiting.
  • You love recruiting to build teams that inspire you.
  • You recognise how jobseeking impacts people's lives, and strive to improve their experience.
