Senior UX Designer
Surrey (1 day per week in the office)

£60,000 - £95,000 + Bonus + Pension (6-14%)

Our client is a global InsurTech business and is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join permanently.

Responsibilities:

• Help define the user experience and strategic evolution of several intertwined product suites
• Work with users, product owners, technical product managers, SMEs and users to perform UX research
• Convert business requirements for products or features into visual and interaction definitions and designs
• Define UX requirements at user story level, bearing in mind technology and project constraints,
• Review the deliverables produced by the development teams
• Contribute to the evolution of the UX function within the organisation

Experience/ skills:

• Hands-on UX designer working in an Agile environment across B2B/ B2C products,
• Interactive design
• Visual design
• Figma (primary), Adobe XD, Illustrator
