Our client is a leading insurance organisation and is looking for a Head of Machine Learning to join the team permanently.

This is an exciting time to join a business where innovation is at the heart of its work. You will be responsible for building a team of data and machine learning engineers.

Responsibilities:

• You will manage a team of 10+ data and machine learning engineers.
• Partner with the Chief Data Officer to provide specifications
• Build and manage a strategy for servicing multiple data science projects
• Ensure the team is delivering data quickly and efficiently
• Guide the architecture of machine learning development data
• Create solutions to process a large variety of data sources
• Oversee the deployment of models into production
• Address and resolve technical issues.
• Provide data and machine learning expertise for team members.
• Communicate in various verbal and written formats with senior staff.

• Prior management in ML / AI
• SQL

• Creating / deploying ML/AI models (ML Ops)
