Are you driven by success and looking to build a career in sales? Do you have a passion for helping people and an interest in insurance? We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Insurance Sales Executive to join our team, working across both Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance.

About the Role:

As an Insurance Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and offering tailored insurance solutions for both commercial and personal lines. You will build relationships with prospects, offer advice, and close sales, all while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and generate new business leads across both commercial and personal insurance lines.
  • Engage with prospective clients to assess their insurance needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
  • Convert leads into sales by presenting and promoting the benefits of our insurance products.
  • Follow up on quotes, renewals, and outstanding opportunities to close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless handover and continuous service for clients.

No Previous Insurance Experience Required!

We welcome applicants who are eager to build a successful career in insurance. Previous sales experience is beneficial, but we will provide full training to help you excel in your role.

  • A target-driven individual with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Confidence in presenting insurance products to potential clients.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a sales pipeline.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is desirable but not essential.
