Role: Financial Administrator

Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 + Bonus

The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our client's friendly team. This exciting role is perfect for someone with a keen interest in both professional services and financial services. This is a great opportunity to develop skills in Independent Financial Advice, including Pension, Investment, and Protection Advice.
What you will be doing:
· Performing general office duties, including answering phones, meeting and greeting clients, and managing stationery orders.
· Managing the database (SPS), onboarding clients, and ensuring compliance.
· Administering workflow to ensure deadlines are met for various projects.
· Communicating with relevant organisations as required.
· Filing documentation accurately and maintaining organised records.
· Managing client accounts and updating relevant information.
· Managing the database (XPLAN), onboarding clients, and maintaining updated client records.
· Preparing documentation packs for advisers ahead of client review meetings.
· Processing new business and preparing correspondence, client letters, and emails.
· Extracting information from various platforms and providers regarding client portfolios and fund performance.
About you:
· Knowledge and experience in professional services or financial services is desirable.
· High attention to detail is essential.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
· A minimum of 2 years of office experience is essential.
· Good level of English and Maths is essential.
