Are you passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional customer service? Do you want to kick-start a rewarding career in the insurance industry? We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team in both Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, offering support across both personal and commercial insurance lines. You’ll handle customer queries, provide quotes, process policy changes, and assist with claims – all while delivering a seamless, professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support and guidance to customers across both commercial and personal insurance products.
  • Assist customers with their policy questions, renewals, and updates.
  • Process insurance quotes and handle administrative tasks to ensure accurate policy management.
  • Ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively, escalating where necessary.
  • Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and communication.

No Previous Insurance Experience Required!

While experience in insurance is a bonus, we believe in hiring motivated individuals who are passionate about customer service. Full training will be provided to ensure you have the knowledge and tools needed to succeed in this role.
