The Role:

As a Commercial Account Handler, you'll be a key point of contact for business clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their insurance needs are met efficiently. From renewals and adjustments to new business, you'll expertly manage the client portfolio and contribute to the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage client renewals, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Handle policy changes and mid-term adjustments with precision.
• Collaborate with underwriters and insurers to resolve client inquiries.
• Assist clients with the claims process, providing guidance and support.
• Maintain up-to-date client records and documentation.

What You Bring:

• Experience in a commercial insurance environment (broking or insurer side).
• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage a varied workload independently.
