The Role:

As a Client Support Administrator for our client, you will be an integral part of the Client Support Team, serving as the first point of contact for clients and providers. Your role will involve providing high-standard administrative support to ensure that regulatory requirements are met throughout the client journey. You will report to the Client Support Manager and will be focused on reducing business risk, increasing efficiency, and enhancing client outcomes through effective use of technology and outstanding customer service.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Facilitating an efficient processing service for new business, which includes conducting research, executing trades/fund switches, and coordinating with product providers to ensure accurate setup and processing.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks related to valuations, transferring servicing, and client reviews, enabling advisers to conduct productive client meetings.
  • Serving as a key communication link between clients and advisers, ensuring both parties are informed about all aspects of their financial arrangements.
  • Ensuring that all client information is accurately updated on the relevant systems in a timely manner, while confirming that compliance standards are upheld.
  • Providing administrative support to advisers following client meetings to ensure that all follow-up tasks are completed within designated timeframes.
  • Promptly reporting any complaints, breaches, or losses to the Commercial Director to facilitate swift resolutions.
  • Performing general administrative tasks (e.g., scanning, filing, preparing correspondence) to ensure deadlines are met and records are maintained in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously enhancing your technical, product, and industry knowledge to stay up-to-date with developments and best practices.
  • Contributing to process improvements and business initiatives to help propel the company forward.
  • Assisting with suitability assessments, cashflow analysis, and client portal maintenance in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
  • Accepting additional reasonable responsibilities as assigned by your Line Manager as needed.

About You:

  • Essential:
  • Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills, ensuring deadlines are met while managing your workload effectively.
  • Advanced data and IT skills, including data input accuracy and system navigation.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities with clients and advisers to maintain effective communication.

Desirable:

  • Experience working for a Financial Adviser, with specific industry and product knowledge.
  • Certificate in Financial Administration or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Intelliflo Office and/or The Openwork Partnership’s ConcertHub system.
