Establishing contact with prospective clients
Building rapport with the client to put them at ease and effectively tailor your pitch based on their needs
Maintaining a level of professionalism while generating an urgency for the product to the client
Upholding the strictures of the relevant regulatory bodies (the FCA, and the in-house compliance team)
