Overview:
- Manage the day to day running of the sales department ensuring all commercial targets are achieved
- Introducing quality training and coaching, developing the right culture that allows people to thrive in a pressured sales environment.
- Report regularly into the CEO and board with updates and strategic planning using various KPI’s and with area of improvement that I have identified
- Working with other departments to achieve our common goals and ensure a seamless journey for our customers

- Implemented a new MI Platform enabling us to track agents’ performance
- Changed the culture in the department to a positive team environment that allows agents and managers to express themselves to their full potential
