Overview:
- As a sales executive, my main function is to outbound new enquiries and answer calls from prospective customers offering competitive quotes on Taxi, Car and Van insurance.
- Working in a fast pace environment to make sure existing customers receive renewal illustrations in advance of their renewal dates.
- From March to November 2020 I worked in the customer services and in sales and renewals roles simultaneously until all staff returned from being furloughed.
- I market optional add-ons in a non-advised sales environment.
- I have regularly exceeded monthly sales targets and consistently been the company's top performer.
