Overview:
- Advising and supporting customers with a range of insurance products for Home, Travel, Landlords, Motor and GAP insurance.
- Generating my own leads through new and existing clients.
- The daily use of computer programmes such as SSP, excel and Microsoft office.
- Excellent telephone manner and very high level of customer service.
- Ensuring all of our existing clients are happy and satisfied with the service they receive whether this is over the telephone or in person each customer is treated as an individual, with care and respect.
- As a broker I had access to many different insurance providers so keeping up to date with current products and underwriting criteria for each company is essential as well as keeping up to date with changes within the industry and FCA regulations.
- Providing new quotations for a number of personal insurances ensuring that each quote is suited to each client's needs. As well as dealing with the renewals of our existing business.
