Overview:
- Proactively calling existing and lapsed policy holders to offer health cash plans and other services available.
- To generate £15800 worth of revenue each month by outbound dialing and incoming sales leads.
- KPIs include achieving a minimum of 100 outbound dials a day and to generate 80 self-generated sales per month from data provided.
- Retain policy holders who wish to cancel by using objection handling techniques or offering other products and services which may be more suitable.
- Cross selling and upselling products to existing policy holders
