Inventory Clerk – Maidstone – £22,000 Salary – Full/Part time hours negotiable
Our client who is an award winning, thriving and well-established estate agency have a fantastic opportunity for an Inventory Clerk to join their friendly team in Maidstone.
The successful Inventory Clerk will have experience in Inventorybase software or similar, possess excellent communication skills as well as being smartly presented and organised.
This role includes the following: -
- Key collections
- Visiting properties
- Dictating highly accurate descriptions of all items in the property and their condition
- Taking photographs
- Meeting tenants
- Taking meter readings
- Compile check in and check out reports
- Negotiate acceptable outcomes/settlements

Please note you must have an extremely good eye for detail as well as previous experience as an Inventory Clerk to be considered for this role. You must also hold a full UK driving licence and have your own car for business use. Car milage will be paid.
