DNA Recruit are working with an independent creative agency based in London, whose award winning work precede them in the world of creative advertising. From branded content, advertising, PR, brand experience, social media, influencer, the agency create and communicate winning solutions for their global clients, solving their problems and shining a new light on how they can stand out from the crowd.
The Business Director will be working closely with global and UK Marketing teams across clients, developing relationships and striking the right balance between client satisfaction, commercial/financial health, creative ambition, and team culture. As Senior Client Lead the role is about growing the agency's reputation, and securing future income via new brands, new projects, new international markets as well as creating an environment where your team and future talent feel safe, challenged, valued and rewarded.
Is it you?
Working together with The Board, fellow client service, creative, strategy, production and finance and commercial teams, the Business Director must have a strong track record of proven growth and success of stepping up and becoming a future agency leader. The Business Director must have integrated creative agency background, experience in the delivery of all aspects of ATL/Digital and social content, brand experience and evidence of strong client relationships that have unlocked future agency growth and the potential to go beyond this current role to take wider and more senior client service responsibilities and sit on the Leadership Team.
Salary: £90K bonus & benefit
