The Opportunity

Our client is a highly regarded and successful contractor who has been well established in the Midlands and Yorkshire and are continuing to replicate their success in Manchester. They typically undertake High Rise Residential, Student Accommodation, and Commercial projects up to the value of £50m.

They are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team and support the Senior QS on a high rise tower in Manchester.

Our client has a reputation for high-quality project delivery having delivered successfully across many of the region’s leading frameworks. They look after & training their staff to the highest standards and processes within construction.

As a Quantity Surveyor you will have the opportunity to support a prestigious high rise tower project over £37m in value. They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with several years of construction experience, high rise project experience is beneficial too.
