My client, a leading, technology strong, professional services company, seek an experienced Data Analytics Manager (official title: Data & Analytics Delivery Manager) to help manage the structuring of their initiatives and product deliveries into coherent product and programme plans, working with the Data & Analytic team, line of business stakeholders and IT colleagues to plan, manage and ultimately ensure successful Data Analytics delivery.

Role Description for the Data Analytics Manager:

• We are looking for an experienced Data & Analytics Delivery Manager to join our growing team of Data and Analytics professionals reporting to the Head of Data and Analytics and will work closely with the rest of the team.
• The Data and Analytics team exists to help the organisation make its data work for their customers, employees, community and environment by helping them make the best decisions, make them more efficient in delivering their outcomes and driving the future of the industry through the use of AI and intelligent automation.

As the Data Analytics Manager, you will manage the delivery of a wide range of services including:

• Enterprise Data Strategy.
• Business Enablement and Data Literacy.
• Data Products (including business intelligence, analytics, machine learning and AI) Data Platforms.
• Enterprise Data Governance Skills and Experience.

They are looking for someone with proven skills in product and programme delivery, with a track record of organising teams and initiatives to ensure regular and consistent delivery of high quality products.

The ideal experience for the Data Analytics Manager:

• Experience working in a Data and Analytics, or IT function Experience delivering in agile methods such as Scrum Experience working with senior line of business stakeholders.
• Experience interfacing with technical colleagues to manage dependencies.
• Experience working in a pressured and exciting environment with sometimes contending priorities.

Qualities:

• Experience in working with a wide range of stakeholders from C-level down, and include technical, operational and corporate stakeholders so will require good communication skills.
• Being highly proactive and autonomous individual able to set not only their own workloads but also lead the rest of the team in managing their deliveries and dependencies.
• They seek a highly curious person within Data and Analytics, motivated by solving problems together and applying rigorous analysis to challenges.
