Data Management and Reporting Analyst - Worthing/Remote/WFT

Overview of the Data Management and Reporting Analyst:

It's an exciting time to join this business, as they are implementing a strategic Operational Asset Management (OAM) programme, which will see its Legacy asset management systems retired and replaced. This is one of the largest programmes the company has ever undertaken. The new systems will transform their operations and this opportunity will play a key part in a major programme of work to modernise their application estate and implement a new enterprise asset management platform in the shape of IBM Maximo.

Although this role focuses on data relating to Health and Safety and the sharing of regulatory and compliance information, it's squarely focused on their business, with partnership and collaboration at the heart of what they do.

This Data Management and Reporting Analyst role sits in the Data Management and Reporting (DM&R) team of Enterprise Information Management portfolio. The team is responsible for providing regulatory, compliance reporting services.

Role Accountabilities for the Data Management and Reporting Analyst position:

  • Represent DM&R reporting needs in OAM programme.
  • Own the creation of regulatory and compliance reports for OAM.
  • Support OAM reporting on an ongoing basis.
  • Manage the Service Now tickets to ensure the business gets high quality support within agreed service levels.

Person Specification for the Data Management and Reporting Analyst position:

  • Capable of working autonomously whilst collaborating with the wider business to coordinate the extraction of Health and Safety data.
  • Knowledge of The Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT) essential.
  • Competent user of IBM Maximo.
  • Degree educated.
