Customer Success Programme Manager - Fully Remote

£110,000 including benefits/18 month FTC/Fully Remote ideally in the UK

Notable alignments:

  • Programme Management experience within a Customer Success Framework.
  • Any SAP programme experience a bonus, but a good SAP understand a must.
  • Cloud based technology (ideally Azure) programme experience.
  • Strong communicator.
  • Regional experience, ideally covering EMEA/APAC.
  • This role is a Customer Success & SAP Alignment over Azure.

The Customer Success Programme Manager is part of a growth anticipation initiative and motivation is revenue driven ensuring that customer satisfaction stays high.

The Customer Success Programme Manager will have/be:

  • The ability to execute while keeping track of the details.
  • The ability to look ahead and ensure your stakeholders are aware of topics and potential issues they need to deliver.
  • Calm under pressure but agile and you enjoy working in a diverse but fast and dynamic environment.
  • You will be joining the Global Customer Success - Azure Infrastructure team to help with a highly strategic programme related to SAP.
  • You are responsible for managing your workstreams/projects with a high level of autonomy and you have experience in RoB (Rhythm of Business) management at an executive level.
  • Ideally, you have experience with customer success teams and/or SAP as a technology solution or organisation (customer success, sales, etc.).

Responsibilities for the Customer Success Programme Manager:

  • Be the regional contact point for program topics, including with the regional teams (EMEA & APAC) at the target partner (SAP).
  • Represent the global team in regional meetings and collaborate with regional business leaders.
  • Analyse performance data for daily and weekly scrums to unblock and accelerate projects.
  • Support Area SCRUMs and tracking for program engagements (coordinate technical execution & unblocking, track execution against SAP RISE pipeline); help accelerate/unblock customers and partners.
  • Collect technical feedback in time zone, consolidate globally to prioritize Customer Success, Global Partner Success, and engineering efforts.
  • Facilitate post-migration transitions to the field and partner teams.
  • Contribute to readiness, communication/awareness plan for regional and global Reproducible Analytical Pipelines (RAP) scope + capability.
  • Create and provide updates to leadership on WoW progress; provide updates to executive business review.
  • Manage, review, organize and monitor RoB rhythm and follow through with team members related to tasks.
  • Coordinate cross-project activities and ensure documentation is current.

Other experience required for the Customer Success Programme Manager position:

  • Experience/base understanding of Azure, ADO (Azure DevOps), etc.
  • Engage with Field, internal stakeholders worldwide, managing meetings, communications, and effective project execution.
  • Ability to take meeting notes, communicate status of actions and follow-up on open actions/asks.
  • Can work independently; drive tasks autonomously and need little direction.
  • Assess project performance and improve or remove duplications, similarities etc., within Resolve project and workstream priorities with stakeholders.
  • Connect regularly with internal team to review best practices and find efficiencies.
  • Doesn't mind handling details such as organising meetings, distributing notes, etc
  • Can produce deliverables from workshops and create presentations.
  • Excellent communication skills; create and draft executive communications as needed.
