CRM Solution Architect – Digital Customer Services – Worthing / Initially Remote / WFH Options

£100,000 plus excellent benefits and bonus (up to £20,000) / Based Worthing, West Sussex mainly remote working though

This role will start out as mainly remote, but you would be required to travel to Worthing for team meetings / white boarding / planning on an adhoc basis. It would suit someone with experience of helping to shape a CRM strategy.

Overview for the CRM Solution Architect – Digital Customer Services role:
Working for a leading technology strong professional services organisation an experienced Solution Architect is required to work on the transformation of their Customer Services function. This is ideal for someone with experience in the billing and debt management who has worked in the utilities sector.

  • Experience with SAP and / or Experian PowerCurve would be highly beneficial. This role will be key in helping them with their strategic approach to collections and will lead the solution design and decisions that help shape this area for the future.
  • Applicants should have a least 5+ years relevant experience with a strong Solution Architecture or Enterprise Architecture background.

Accountabilities for the CRM Solution Architect – Digital Customer Services role:

  • Leading the design of IT solutions for projects in the Customer Services domain.
  • Providing options and shaping decisions to enable the delivery of a suitable IT solution.
  • Sharing expertise and experience on billing, collections and metering areas.
  • Collaborating with key members on shaping business and non-functional requirements.
  • Writing solution design documents, including High Level Designs where applicable.
  • Adhering to the organisations architectural practices and providing quality outputs.
