Our client has an impressive brand reputation and has experienced tremendous growth over the past 5 years at c.10% revenue growth each year. The last two years have been great for the organisation, and there’s become an increasing need for a Treasury Accountant to join the team to support them with cash flow forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling of existing or new processes. The role is a combination of a Treasury Accountant and FP&A Analyst, and there is a desire to have somebody join the company with previous knowledge in managing an invoice discounting facility.
This organisation has a global offering and is based in impressive offices in London Bridge, although they have a flexible and remote working policy without the need to go into the office regularly. Turnover is c.£150m and employee headcount is at 500, with this expected to rise rapidly over the next 12 months.
The Treasury Accountant will be responsible for the design and update of annual budget models to allow for increased flexibility and timely delivery, and modelling and scenario planning to support shareholder value creation through providing meaningful insights into the business.

We are looking for an ACA/ACCA/CIMA Accountant with excellent cash flow forecasting experience that is ambitious, driven and looking for a role where they can constantly be challenged in an ever-changing and fun environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and update annual budget models to allow for increased flexibility and timely delivery
- Modelling and scenario planning to support shareholder value creation through providing meaningful insights into the business
- Daily cash management; cash forecasting; Invoice discounting reconciliations and bank audit management
- Becoming a subject matter expert in xRM (CRM system from Microsoft), to support both Finance peers and wider range of internal stakeholders
- Assisting in other key areas such as: redesign of consolidation process to allow for transition to new Chart of Accounts, cash-flow modelling, or streamlining international management accounts
- Assist in the migration and/or integration of information, software systems and reporting tools into the group as a result of acquisitions
- Preparation of the annual statutory reports
- Help mentor, lead and develop junior members of the finance team
