£60,000 - £65,000 + 10% Bonus, benefits + hybrid working

They have an amazing atmosphere both on their sites and head office in Hemel Hempstead, and they’re looking to grow the team with an ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Finance Business Partner.

We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner that will work closely with the business to help make some key decisions, review historical data as well as future projections. You’ll work closely across various departments to provide support and analysis as a trusted advisor to help impact the financial results and add value to the business.
 
You will naturally be a confident and assuring individual with at least 2 years’ experience in a business partnering role and the ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders with confidence.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop budget, forecasting and weekly reporting
• Proactively review financial and non-financial information, highlighting trends and analysing causes of unexpected variances
• Liaise with the Operations Director to challenge General Managers to drive value throughout the P&L
• Produce concise data reports and data visualisations, using Power BI, and other appropriate packages, assisting management in decision making
• Partner effectively with the Marketing team and provide analysis on effective channel marketing and return on investment

 
To be successful in this role, you will be a Qualified Finance Business Partner with experience in a similar environment from a Leisure/Retail or multi-site environment with a focusing on marketing spend.
