The Software Development Manager will use their leadership skills to direct Software Developers and provide valuable input on the design of flagship music products. You will also use your technical background and valuable knowledge of C++ software development to support new starters on their journey within the organisation.

Software Development Manager Requirements:

• Experience with Agile development, Scrum and previous C++ background ideal
• Ability to manage a team and assess their performance
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders

Software Development Manager Nice to Haves:

• Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent in STEM
• Passion for music and audio
