Giving advice is a big responsibility right?
You’ll know what to say and how to say it in order to make a positive impact on people’s lives and their businesses.
You’ll also be used to consulting with corporate and personal clients in order to provide the best possible service on a number of tax specific areas. Your experience in a practice environment means you’ll understand the structure and process involved in dealing with a varied client portfolio.
What about the specific requirements?
Well, you’ll have a proven track record in providing professional tax advice and tax compliance services. A relevant tax qualification such as ATT or CTA is required, and if you are ACCA or ICAEW qualified as well, that would be even better.
You’ll need the flexibility to adapt to changing conditions in order to meet deadlines and client expectations. Building a strong rapport with your client base will be of paramount importance here.
The ability to develop and teach tax knowledge across the firm will also be a key attribute to bring to the table.
So, what’s in it for you?
Well, a competitive salary for a start. You will also get a good amount of ‘you’ time with 28 days holiday. In addition, there’s also truly flexible working, a medical cash plan and healthcare insurance, plus other perks.
