Unsurprisingly, you’ll need to be a fluent and confident German speaker. In addition to this you will need to have experience and working knowledge of SAP, as this is a key piece of software you’ll be using on a daily basis.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide an outstanding and consistent level of service to customers on enquiries, order placement/progression and internal liaison to ensure successful delivery of product.
You’ll also be regularly liaising with the fields sales team to ensure a smooth customer service experience.
The salary is on between £26,000 and £28,000 with a great package attached including; personal pension scheme, Healthshield policy and company bonus.
