So, what will you be doing?
You’ll be responsible for helping to provide an efficient and effective Human Resources service for a Trust in the educational sector.
You’ll be providing HR advice and support in conjunction with the senior workforce and HR department across a number of different sites.
A major aspect will be to assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of HR processes for the trust with a focus on employee relations, compliance and administration.
What about the requirements?
You will ideally have worked in a school, or other educational facility in a HR capacity previously. It would also be great if you hold a CIPD qualification, preferably level 3.
There are a few other fundamentals that should go without saying, but we’ll mention them anyway. You’ll have exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong desire to continue to grow and learn. Your ability to work with a wider team, including teachers, and share in their ethos is an absolute must.

As this role requires travel to different sites you must have a full UK driving licence.
