You'll need to have experience in a client facing and fast paced role, preferably within the housing and real estate sector, with a sound knowledge of the processes involved and the demands they bring.
Your main responsibility will be to respond to client's queries as and when required, both via telephone and in writing.
Your customer service skills will need to be first-class, keeping people updated and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner is an absolute must.
The salary is on from £20,000 to £24,000 DOE. Furthermore, you'll be joining a growing company who support their employee's ambitions to obtain extra qualifications and training.
