What kind of practice do you want to work for?
You’re probably creating a list in your head right now. If that list includes truly flexible working, career development and amazing benefits, then we’ve started off on the right foot.
You’ll be a key player in conducting audit assignments and preparing accounts for a varied client portfolio, including charities and academies.
Your desire to deliver first-class customer service will stand you in good stead here, and you’ll be given the autonomy to implement your own style. This is a merit-based environment, so you’ll get out what you put in.
What about the specific requirements?
Well, you’ll have a proven track record in conducting audits and preparing accounts. You’ll also be used to passing on your knowledge to junior team members in order to help them progress. Experience with cloud accounting software such as Xero will also be a big plus.
You’ll ideally be a fully qualified ACA or ACCA, but don’t worry if you’re not quite there yet as you’ll be given the guidance and support to gain the relevant qualifications.
Apart from the technicalities, you’ll ultimately be a strong, confident individual with excellent communication skills and the natural ability to build rapport.
So, what’s in it for you?
Well, the salary is on at £30,000 to £40,000 for starters. Did we mention flexible working? Well, yes we did, but it is a major perk here, and we’re not just talking about being able to clock in 30 minutes later in the morning. The other benefits probably wouldn’t all fit on this page, so when we speak we can go through this in more detail.
Let’s have a chat about this one. You can call (my number is on the OX Seven website), add me on LinkedIn – Adam Williams, or you can send over a CV if you have one to hand. We understand not everyone does, so we can talk either way.
Every applicant will receive a response.
