What kind of practice do you want to work for?

You’ll primarily be preparing accounts and tax computations for a varied portfolio. You will also be working closely with clients and providing training and mentorship to more junior members of the team.

What about the specific requirements?

Well, you’ll have a proven track record in preparing accounts and tax computations for related businesses. Previous experience with cloud accounting software will also be a big plus.

You’ll ideally be a fully qualified ACA or ACCA, but don’t worry if you’re not quite there yet as you’ll be given the guidance and support to gain the relevant qualifications.

Apart from the technicalities, you’ll ultimately be a strong, confident individual with excellent communication skills and the natural ability to build rapport.
