Location - Milton Keynes (Remote working from home to start)

Salary - £negotiable based on experience + Excellent commission structure up to 17.5%.

Full time - Permanent - Monday - Friday, no weekends and no oncall!

Are you an experienced healthcare recruiter looking to further your career with a forward thinking, agile business?

This business was built on top level medical recruitment industry experience. They have adapted to the recent market changes, offering unrivalled support to clients during these tough times. As such, they are in a fantastic position now we are starting to ease back to some sort of ‘normality’ and looking to grow the business and attract industry talent.

They are currently very well established within the nursing sector, and now looking to build on this success by developing a Doctors division.

Overview:

  • Source, screen and register qualifies Doctors interested in locum work.
  • Ensure that each candidate is 100% compliant.
  • Obtain documentation from each candidate to meet compliance standards.
  • Ensure that documentation does not expire and all soon to expire documentation is renewed and replaced to ensure that candidates can continue to work.
  • Confirm availability from active working candidates.
  • Book candidates into shifts and confirm all the details in writing.
  • Check in with candidates to ensure that they will be attending/have attended work and make sure they are happy and if they need any support.
  • Ensure that completed timesheets are received and signed by the client.
  • Recruiting new nursing candidates through various methods and channels.

Is this role best fit for you?

This role would be ideal for you if you already have experience within recruitment specifically within the Doctors area of healthcare.

As this will be a new division, you must be activity focused and have the desire to build something great from scratch. You will have access to all of the back office support and the business in on framework, but you must have the desire to grow the candidate pool.

Due to current lockdown and distancing restrictions, it is very important that you have experience with the system ‘Eclipse’, as this is quite difficult to train on remotely.
