This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished sales person within the industrial sector of recruitment, to join a well established recruitment business who have not downsized at all during covid.

You will be expected to sell to a variety of different businesses, winning new client accounts on a national scale. You will quickly understand their recruitment needs and demonstrate efficient and effective solutions.

What will you be doing?

  • Possessing a new business attitude, you will be focused on winning new client accounts nationally within the industrial sector.
  • Create and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Focused on selling robust recruitment solutions to the temporary, contract and permanent staffing market.
  • You will manage a social media presence, effectively utilising multiple platforms to boost employer branding.
  • You will have a proven track record in both new business sales and client relationship management.
  • Tailoring unique solutions to meet each individual client's needs.
  • Knowledge of pricing models and experience in negotiating cost.
  • Knowledge of the tender process for large business wins and localised business.
