Location - Ideally Manchester based (Covering National Business)

Can you seek out and convert high level opportunities for volume recruitment solutions?

You will be expected to sell to a variety of different businesses, winning new client accounts on a national scale. You will quickly understand their recruitment needs and demonstrate efficient and effective solutions.

Key responsibilities/tasks.

  • Possessing a new business attitude, you will be focused on winning new client accounts nationally within the industrial sector.
  • Create and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Focused on selling robust recruitment solutions to the temporary staffing market.
  • You will manage a social media presence, effectively utilising multiple platforms to boost employer branding.
  • You will have a proven track record in both new business sales and client relationship management.
  • Tailoring unique solutions to meet each individual client's needs.
  • Knowledge of pricing models and experience in negotiating cost.
  • Knowledge of the tender process for large business wins and localised business.
  • Experienced in managing and developing a team of sales professionals.

This is the ideal opportunity for you if you are an experienced sales person within the recruitment industry. You will have vast experience in the industrial sector and have a proven track record of selling temporary recruitment solutions.

You will have both new business and client development experience and also knowledge of the tender process.

You will have a team of Regional Business Development Managers to sell into key geographical areas across the UK, as well as a national branch network to focus on service delivery.
