1. Post often, if people are going to follow you they will want value. Make sure your posts demonstrate the value you add and highlight your strengths.
2. Spend time every day liking and commenting on other peoples posts. Never share! The more you engage with other peoples content the more views and engagement you get on your own. A comment needs to be 5 words or more to hit the algorithms.
3. Always like your own posts. And your own comments.
4. Set up a company profile under your personal profile. From this you can invite 100 people at a time to follow you.
5. Post from company, tag your personal, like and comment via personal. Same with your personal posts, like and comment from your company profile.
6. Consistency! Set KPI's about posting and commenting. It will grow your brand.
7. Hashtags - pick the same 3-4 hashtags and use them everytime. #industry #businessname #linked #whateveryouwant
8. Grow your network. The more connections, the more people see your content. Remember, every new 1st connection, all of their 2nd and 3rd connections can see your posts.
9. Mix it up with text, video and images to find which gives you the best results.
These are some very easy things you can do everyday, there is alot more to it and it will take time to build a following. Dont expect instant results, repeating these things consistently will grow your brand over time.
