We currently have a great opportunity for a Solicitor to join one of Scotlands award-winning Corporate teams based in Glasgow. You will be part of one of Scotlands leading and largest law firms.

The work will be interesting and challenging and you will need to be able to understand and

articulate the commercial reasons behind the legal work you will be doing. You will work closely with

their existing clients and also be part of the continuing work of the team to win new clients and business.

You will be exposed to a wide range of high quality corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions involving both public and private companies, including many family businesses. The clients come from a broad range of industry sectors and you will handle transactions

including share sales and purchases and business asset sales and purchases.

The current team also advises on all aspects of private equity transactions including management buyouts and buy-ins, acting for equity providers, management teams or targets. In addition to mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate work, you will have a strong interest in, and understanding of, corporate structures, partnerships and LLPs, cross border joint ventures, corporate reorganisations relative to groups of companies and asset management for high net worth individuals.
