Venari Legal are delighted to be working with a leading Scottish law firm who are looking for corporate NQ to join the successful corporate team in Edinburgh.

The firm are looking for a motivated Solicitor to join their growing Corporate team. Working within their corporate team you can expect to have regular client contact and be responsible for various projects. The role covers a broad range of corporate work, including corporate structures, acquisitions and disposals, commercial contracts, private equity investments and corporate succession and exit strategies. The role involves building rapport and trust and becoming a trusted adviser to your clients.

You should have a willingness to learn, have good IT and document skills, be focused on time management, be able to build rapport and communicate positively and effectively with clients. You should be able to demonstrate a commitment to providing an excellent level of client service, show initiative, have a positive attitude and be proactive. Their team focuses on developing good relationships with its clients.
