We are excited to be working with a leading law firm who are looking to recruit a junior corporate lawyer to their corporate team in Edinburgh.

The firm are looking for a lawyer at 1 to 4 years PQE level and with experience ideally in corporate M&A work. Experience in corporate finance and private equity would be beneficial but not essential.

The successful candidate will work with clients across a broad range of sectors advising on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, IPOs, secondary fundraisings, takeovers, buy-ins and buyouts, joint ventures and investments. The team also regularly advise on cross border work and have a strong presence in London.

You will be confident in demonstrating experience in transactional corporate law (at least a 6 month seat). Our client will look at candidates qualifying this year as long as they have at least 1 full seat in Corporate.
